The Oil Company Schirinzi has its origins in Carmiano, Lecce, near Porto Cesareo, a town of Salento in Puglia suited to agriculture and in particular the production of olive oil and wine.
Based in the '60s in the center of the country, since 1978 the factory is located in the current place of production, on the outskirts of the town of Carmiano, preserving the traditions handed down from father to son.
