It is an extra virgin olive oil of high quality from ancient olive groves planted with forest Ogliarola Salento sites a few miles from the coast of the Ionian Sea near Porto Cesareo (The Heart of the Mediterranean maquis).

The oil is obtained by Boschino cold pressed olive-oil mill in the same business day of collection, subject to the secular traditions of oil production in Salento.

Its acidity is very low, in fact, no more than 0.3%, making it an oil of the highest quality and of great excellence.
It makes the best dressing for vegetables, vegetables in dips, sauces, salads, bruschetta, and any poor tasting food for themselves.
